Role: MITA SS-A Lead BA Analyst
In this project, MMISME led the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) in conducting Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) State Self-Assessment (SS-A) activities focused on the Business Architecture (BA). Our responsibilities included developing and delivering MITA training to ensure stakeholders were well-versed in the framework, facilitating MITA BA workshops to gather input and align the assessment with DHS’s goals, and leading the effort to write and develop the MITA SS-A and the final report for DHS.
