Role: ICD-10 Handbooks/Reports Lead
In this project, MMISME led and successfully completed key tasks for the Agency for Health Care Administration’s (AHCA) ICD-10 Assessment and Remediation Project, focusing on Handbooks and Reports. Our responsibilities included developing project deliverables, creating and delivering training sessions, and facilitating meetings to ensure smooth project progression. We also actively participated in leadership meetings, monitored changes to Handbooks and Administrative Rules, tracked code translation approvals, and assisted in developing gap analysis and tools to support the project’s objectives.
