In this role, MMISME served as a Technical Writer, assisting the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) with the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for its Medicaid Enterprise System. My responsibilities included drafting, reviewing, and refining the RFP documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives and state requirements.
