Role: MITA Lead
MMISME LLC served as the MITA Lead on the District of Columbia’s MITA State Self-Assessment (SS-A) contract, in partnership with Cambria Solutions Inc., now Ernst & Young (EY). MMISME was responsible for developing and updating the MITA Training Plan, providing both initial and refresher training to District subject matter experts (SMEs) involved in the annual SS-A update. Additionally, MMISME facilitated workshops to capture SME assessments across MITA business processes and lead the creation of the annual MITA SS-A Final Report. This report includes a Findings Summary, Gap Analysis, updated Concept of Operations (COO), Roadmap, and SS-A Profiles based on assessment data, ensuring the District’s alignment with MITA compliance and strategic goals.
