Role: MITA 3.0 Framework Technical Writer
In this project, we collaborated closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop content and graphics for the Information Architecture section of Part II of the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 Framework. This work was integral to the publication by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), ensuring that the framework was well-structured and visually engaging.
